Children’s Church

Each Sunday, children in pre-school through 5th grade have the opportunity to learn about how God is working in their lives during the sermon time. This is a time for students to sing, act out, praise, worship, and learn scripture in a way they can understand it. Our children’s church program offers a great way to help our children understand their important role in God’s family. Our awesome volunteer teachers work hard to prepare lessons that engage and connect children to Christ.

Immanuel’s Youth program consists of a Junior Youth (students in grades 6-8) and Senior Youth (High School age students).  Both groups get together on a regular basis to spend time having fun together and grow in their faith.  Regular opportunities include:

Senior Youth

There is a Sunday School class for Senior Youth every Sunday at 9:50am in the Youth Room

On Sunday evenings the Senior Youth meet from 6:15-7:30pm in the Youth Room

Each Wednesday the Senior Youth meet for a Bible Study at the Starbucks at 1615 Sycamore View Rd from 6-7pm

Immanuel offers a confirmation program for students in 7th and 8th grade. Confirmation meets throughout the school year every Wednesday from 5-6pm. During this time, we teach Luther’s Small Catechism and dive into God’s Word on a weekly basis. If anyone is interested in our Confirmation program, please contact AJ Vega for more information.
