ILS Father & Daughter Dance – A Fun-filled Wild West Showdown

The Father & Daughter Dance on February 8th at Immanuel Lutheran School was truly a Wild West Showdown!  Dads and daughters dressed in their cowboy and cowgirl outfits were greeted with a “yee haw” welcome and enjoyed some crafts, dancing, lots of tasty grub and drinks at the chuck wagon and watering hole, as well as photo ops at the small barn.  One special treat was learning line dancing from Sharon Fryman with awesome music provided by our DJs.  The multi-purpose room was transformed into a western setting, complete with a barn, hotel, and sheriff’s office with a jail.  Special thanks to our Committee members – April Jones, Vicki Arnold, Denise Barton, Angie Hood, Becki Pollan, and Jenny Swanson, as well as other volunteers who worked very hard to make this evening possible.  You are very much appreciated!
