Immanuel sent a mission team to Baton Rouge during November 3 through 6 to assist in the flood recovery efforts.  The Immanuel team worked with teams from Kansas and Texas to install drywall in three homes and clean the grounds of Camp Restore Baton Rouge.  Walmart gift cards from Immanuel members, which will be distributed to families in need impacted by the flood, were also delivered to Trinity Lutheran Church.  At Trinity’s Sunday worship service, the team met families who were recovering from the flood and visited with Pastor David Buss.
