Mission Team Helps with Flood Recovery in Pocahontas, Arkansas

A mission team from Immanuel spent August 15-17 installing insulation and hanging drywall in a family home in Pocahontas, Arkansas.  This was in response to the severe flooding that occurred in that area recently.  Immanuel coordinated doing this mission work with Volunteers in Mission through the Arkansas United Methodist Church.  The family was very appreciative of the help that was provided and it was a privilege for us to work in their home.  Many people in Pocahontas and northeast Arkansas are still recovering from the severe flooding caused by heavy rains and levee breaches, so please remember them in your prayers!
